Your continued use of the website by visiting, placing an order, or purchasing from us indicates that you agree with our Terms and Conditions as explained below and bound by the terms herein.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of website, including customers, vendors, and visitors. By accessing our site and/or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the instructions therein.

We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms by posting updates on this page. Your continued use of the website after any modifications indicates your acceptance of those changes.

  • Products and Pricing

Charmbike offers two different products; bike bags and bag charms. These products are displayed with their product descriptions, images, and colors as accurately as possible. Customers can easily make their choices and place an order from the pictures and displays available. However, due to visual differences, either from monitor displays, or differences in mobile screen resolutions, we cannot guarantee that the color details for our products will appear the same for every user. There might be slight changes in the exact color expected.

The prices for these products are listed in USD but may be subject to change without notice. The prices specified will indicate if VAT/taxes are included. This will be specified in the description.

Shipping costs, or nation-specific costs for international shipping are not included, hence will be handled by the client upon delivery of their order. Any discounts, promotions, or sales will have specific terms attached and are valid for the duration specified.

It is our duty to ensure that our stock is up-to-date. However, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and either offer a replacement or a full refund.

  • Orders and Payment

Charmbike reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time due to any of the following reasons;

  • Insufficient stock
  • Inaccurate product details
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Breach in Terms and Condition

If we cancel an order, we will notify you duly of our action and the reason behind the decision.

As specified at checkout, we accept major credit card payments, PayPal, and other payment methods. Your payment information is securely processed, and Charmbike does not store your card details.

Orders can only be modified or canceled, before checkout. But after checkout, if the order hasn’t been processed, you can contact our customer service for prompt assistance regarding modifications. Customers are responsible for mistakes made while ordering a product, and hence must check, confirm, and correct any errors, or cancel the order before checkout.

  • Shipping and Delivery

Details regarding shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and delivery options are provided at checkout. For details on delivery times, please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy Page. You must note that international orders may incur customs duties, or additional tax charges, which are not included in our prices. Customers are responsible for any fees charged by their country upon arrival.

While we do our best to ensure that all orders are delivered on time, Charmbike is not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to our customer service team for tracking and prompt assistance.

 5. Returns and Exchanges

We are glad to offer you a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with our product(s). You must return items in this category within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

For your item to be eligible for a refund, it must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached. For more details on eligibility, see our Returns & Exchanges Policy Page. Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 10 to 30 business days to the original payment method.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable. Original shipping fees are also nonrefundable. However, the refund application is free and open to every customer.

 6. Intellectual Property

Except when stated otherwise, all content including logos, images, text, and product designs, and the service provided too, remain the exclusive property of Charmbike. We will not tolerate any form of unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content belonging to Charmbike.

 7. Limitation of Liability

Charmbike is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our website, products, or services. We cannot also be held responsible for any loss incurred due to your inability to follow the guidelines as specified in our terms and conditions. We are liable only for the amount you paid for the product(s) that is confirmed to be in dispute.

 9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed by the English common law. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this location.
