Shipping Information

We deliver nationwide and internationally. We handle both domestic and cross-border orders and deliver them from our warehouse as soon as we receive them.

Domestic Shipping (US)

We ship most domestic orders via USPS but also use various carriers to ensure swift delivery. All domestic orders are shipped with a typical delivery time of 3-7 business days. Domestic order and shipping options apply only for orders within the US. See the table below for standard shipping rates based on your order total. It is important to mention that your total shipping cost is based on the price of your order.

Express Shipping

International Shipping 

International shipping generally takes 1-2 weeks. Shipping rates vary based on the destination and the weight of your order, all of which will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may incur additional duties, customs fees, or taxes based on the destination country. These costs are not included in our prices, and you are responsible for handling these costs if the need arises. Returns & Exchanges

What items are returnable? 

You may want to return your order if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item or size.
  • The product didn’t meet your expectations in terms of quality or fit.

If any of these issues apply and your item meets our return conditions—unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached—you’re eligible to return it within 30 days for a refund.

What makes my order eligible for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in its original and unused condition.
  • All tags must be attached.
  • Clearance items, free gifts, and promotional items are not eligible for returns.

If your order meets these requirements, it can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Are there any charges for returns?

Customers are responsible for handling return shipping costs. Charmbike does not offer free returns. Additionally, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How soon will I receive my refund? 

You will receive your refund immediately after we are done processing your request. We treat customer return requests seriously and delicately.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 to 30 business days.

How to Return an Item 

  1. Email us your order number at info@Charmbike.com and don’t forget to include your email address, to enable us to start the return process and communicate with you while at it.
  2. Include a photo of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions and a return shipping label.
